Sunbelt’s Capital Funding Strategy for EB-5 Projects
Sunbelt EB-5 plans to seek viable growth projects throughout itʼs service region which need additional funding and where we can bring to the organization an overall reduction in the cost of capital.
Working with the EB-5 foreign investor, we can typically serve the capital needs through structured financing arrangements.
Each project would be evaluated on itʼs own merits. Factors involved in the decision making process are job creation, credit worthiness,capability of meeting debt maturity, investment risks, targeted employment area (TEA) Determination, and other factors.
Generally, the EB-5 investor funds would be pooled and loaned to the organization as debt as part of an overall structured capital stack financing based on the following target schedule.
